Last week I found a cute shop called New Canaan Olive Oil, located on trendy Elm Street. They were passing out samples of fresh fruit drizzled with a creamy grapefruit balsamic glaze. It was completely amazing and I just had to buy some to try it out for myself at home!
I bought a bottle of the strawberry balsamic and prepared it this morning, over a side of mixed seasonal fruit. All you have to do is mix the balsamic dressing with confectioners sugar to make this heavenly concoction! I accompanied my fruit with peaches + cream cheese-filled French toast…such a perfect, refreshing country breakfast. And it’s quick and easy!
