Complete the gorgeously crisp fall weather with a divine pumpkin flair.  Boston has every urbanite covered with savory seasonal treats to relish this beloved season…taking it one bite at a time.  After all, who doesn’t go completely crazy over pumpkin spice and warm apple crisp this time of year?  ‘Tis the season to trick or treat (but, mostly treat).

Brass Union

(70 Union Square, Boston, MA)

  • Brass Union is evoking a savory twist on their traditional Sidecar.  The Sideshow ($10) features pumpkin-infused apple brandy, triple sec and lemon juice, in addition to a sinful rim of brown sugar, cinnamon and pumpkin seeds.  This cocktail is available from 10/27 through 10/31.
  • If you’re craving an exceptional fall dessert, Brass Union has you covered.  Spotlighting a traditional favorite, Brass Union’s unique take on Apple Pie ($6) is Boston’s rave.  The magnificent dessert is comprised of two frosted mini apple pies, cinnamon apple compote and burnt sugar ice cream.
  • Brass Union’s PAC MAN Spice Cake ($6) is another favorite to savor the elite tastes of the season.  Splurge with sweet fig filling, cinnamon cream cheese glaze, caramel and candied pistachios.

  • Earl’s Pumpkin Pie ($8) is truly one of a kind: the cherry topping to a top-notch meal.  Complete with graham crust and whipped cream, we’d say you’re certainly missing out if you don’t savor this seasonal favorite at Earls!

Legal Harborside

Legal Harborside has a couple of seasonal dishes available to order on the first level:

  • Their Roasted Spaghetti Squash & Goat Cheese Bruschetta ($2.95) is completed with sage oil and pine nuts.  This is an absolute perfect start to any meal.
  • For salad lovers, the Delicata Squash & Roasted Pears Salad ($7.95) is rejuvenating with candied walnuts and toasted cinnamon crème fraiche dressing.
  • Treat yourself to Legal Harborside’s Shrimp & Japanese Squash Ravioli ($19.95)…you will not be disappointed!  This delicious preparation incorporates pine nut butter and honey ricotta.

On the second floor, prepare to satisfy your sugary desires:

  • Legal Harborside’s Apple Almond Tart ($9) is delightful with amaretto ice cream and cranberry coulis.
  • For all of the chocolate lovers out there, Tcho Chocolate Semifreddo ($8) is the dessert for you, topped with caramelized pears.

Prezza

(24 Fleet St, Boston, MA)

  • Seduce your palate with Prezza’s incredibly delightful Pumpkin Ravioli ($18/$36).  This dish is prepared with fresh, juicy lobster, mascarpone, sage and brown butter.
  • When it comes to seasonal dessert, Prezza has every guest in for a treat.  The venue’s Pumpkin Tiramisu ($12) is simply heavenly, made with espresso, cocoa powder, ladyfingers and whipped cream.  Obviously you can’t skip out on dessert!
  • Prezza’s Apple & Cranberry Cobbler ($12) is a must-try this season, incorporating oat crumble and lavish vanilla bean ice cream.
  • Who doesn’t love Trifle…especially when it involves pumpkin?  Prezza’s Pumpkin Trifle ($12) is concoted with walnut cookie crumble and fresh whipped cream.

The Tip Tap Room

  • Tip Tap serves a luscious Coffeehouse Pumpkin ($12), prepared with Sons of Liberty pumpkin whiskey, homemade BBC coffeehouse syrup, caramelized orange and walnut bitters.
  • Tip Tap also highlights a divine Uchiki Kuri Squash “Brulee” ($8), made with sweet roasted squash custard, aerated milk chocolate mousse, crystallized maple and yogurt sorbet.
